We provide all our young people a welcoming, safe, secure, happy and positive environment.
Each client will have a tailored plan to meet their individual needs within the range of activities provided. This could also include group or individual support of personal, social and health plan or transition into adulthood and or supported living.
Personal care and assist with medical appointments.
We provide a person-centred holistic approach and positively encourage family/carer involvement.
Active participation in the community is a core feature of the service we offer.
Achievable personal targets developed and supported within a friendly team and a safe environment.
We aim to fulfil the dreams and ambitions of all our young people and enable each person to achieve their full potential whilst encouraging independence, in order to do this it is vital to build the young persons self esteem. So that each young person feels a sense of belonging and meet their individual needs.
All staff are highly trained and committed to working with Young People. Staff skills and experience include working with young people with a wide range of learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.
All our staff have worked within a range of settings, including parenting, respite, specialist schools, residentials, after school and holiday clubs.
All staff have enhanced DBS and regular training including Epi pen, Buccalam Midazolam, Entral feeding, Diabetes, First aid, Food hygiene, Makaton etc
